2018
Effective January 1, 2018, New York’s Minimum Wage increased to $10.40 per hour with the exception of New York City, Long Island and Westchester County.
Effective January 1, 2018, New York City’s Minimum Wage increased to $12.00 per hour for employers with 10 or less employees and $13.00 per hour for employers with 11 or more employees.
Effective January 1, 2018, Long Island and Westchester County’s Minimum Wage increased to $11.00 per hour

Effective January 1, 2017, New York’s Minimum Wage increased to $9.70 per hour with the exception of New York City, Long Island and Westchester County.
Effective January 1, 2017, New York City’s Minimum Wage increased to $10.50 per hour for employers with 10 or less employees and $11.00 per hour for employers with 11 or more employees.

Effective January 1, 2016, New York’s Minimum Wage increased to $9.00 per hour Every employer covered under the Act is required to pay each employee wages not less than this amount.

Effective March 1, 2016 Expressing Breast Milk LS-702 guidelines were revised.
