Effective January 1, 2018, Ohio’s Minimum Wage for non-tipped employees was raised to $8.30 per hour and $4.15 per hour plus tips for tipped employees.
2017
Effective January 1, 2017, Ohio’s Minimum Wage for non-tipped employees was raised to $8.15 per hour and $4.08 per hour plus tips for tipped employees.
2016
Effective January 1, 2016, Ohio’s Minimum Wage did not change; it remains $7.25 per hour. Every employer covered under the Act is required to pay each employee wages not less than this amount.
Effective September 13, 2016 Ohio’s Minor Labor Law Poster was revised.
