2018
Effective January 1, 2018, Washington’s Minimum Wage changed to $11.50 per hour. Every employer covered under the Act is required to pay each employee wages not less than this amount with the exception of minors aged 14 or 15 can be paid at $8.10 per hour.
2017
Effective January 1, 2017, Washington’s Minimum Wage changed to $9.53 per hour. Every employer covered under the Act is required to pay each employee wages not less than this amount with the exception of minors aged 14 or 15 can be paid at $8.10 per hour.
Effective August 1, 2017, Washington’s Your Rights as a Worker poster was updated.
Effective October 1, 2017, Washington’s Unemployment Benefits notice was revised.
